Below are the policies Diablo Valley Design LLC consulting and an e-commerce store. It includes pricing, shipping, return and privacy policies. These sections are followed by this website's general terms & conditions.

Notably, for the e-commerce store, these are basic policies and terms for work in progress. They will be applied to an online store if and when it is launched.

Services include general consulting and digital marketing.

Pricing Policy

Pricing for Services rendered are determined and agreed upon on a month-to-month or work order basis. The agreement for Services is finalized by payment and invoicing.

E-commerce prices for t-shirts will be listed online with the t-shirts, when/if the e-commerce store is launched.

Payment information is securely stored with Braintree Payments (a PayPal company).

Shipping Policy

Services rendered, e.g., that do not include a product, do not require shipping. The following applies to E-commerce.

Shipping & Handling

Processing in-stock t-shirt orders, packaging and handling, takes 1-2 days. Processing pre-ordered shirts takes about 3-7 days from the time we receive the order from Farm Fresh Clothing. T-shirts will be shipped either USPS Priority Shipping or first class mail. Priority mail includes tracking. Orders will be packaged in either USPS boxes or envelopes.

Insurance

USPS First Class includes insurance up to $5,000, so this will cover large orders. That would be really great to receive a $5,000 order of t-shirts. Priority Mail shipping covers up to $50, so this will cover one shirt.

International Shipping

We are not yet shipping international orders. If your interested in a shirt, let us know. Feel free to also tell your friends to let us know. The more feedback we get, the sooner we can start shipping all over the world.

Combined Shipping

We can fit three shirts in one package. If you order more than three shirts, then we'll ship your order for free.

Refund Policy

Contact us any time to request a cancellation of your pre-ordered shirt. If your t-shirt is defective, you may return it within 14 business days and we will cover your shipping costs. If you would like a refund and your shirt is not defective, then you may also return your shirt within 14 days. However, you will need to cover shipping.

Full refunds for Service cancellations are available two weeks prior to when work starts. Refunds for Services rendered are non-refundable.

Privacy Policy

We at Diablo Valley Design LLC have the utmost respect for our customers' privacy. In no way will we violate this philosophy. We will not release any information gathered about our customers.

Any information that we gather from our customers will be compiled anonymously and used solely for our statistical purposes. The statistical information we gather from our customers will be used to help us enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Goolge Adwords Policy

This website uses the Google AdWords remarketing service to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to make an enquiry. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, or a site in the Google Display Network. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the Diablo Valley Design website. Of course, any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
